inadequate room, SHABBY experience
cramped room flimsy table
the location was convenient with metro access.
the room felt cramped, i could not fully open my suitcases. there was also a flimsy table that was too small for my laptop. the elevator quit, so i had to walk up the stairs after a long day.

broken elevator ineffective air conditioning
The elevator broke down. I had to walk up several flights of stairs with my luggage. The air conditioning did not work. The room was very hot. I asked the front desk for assistance, but they said someone would look at it the next day. I had a very uncomfortable night.

Excellent stay near Bastille!
superb location friendly staff helpful staff
This hotel offered a superb location. The metro station was very close (less than a minute walk). Many restaurants and brasseries surrounded the hotel. The staff were both friendly and helpful, answering my questions quickly.
The elevator was out of service for a short period, requiring the use of the stairs.

The receptionists were professional and efficient. They addressed all inquiries quickly and accurately. I particularly appreciated the clear, concise information provided about local attractions (very helpful!).

Breakfast included scrambled eggs and boiled eggs among many options. It cost sixteen euro per person. I enjoyed the variety offered (especially the scrambled eggs!).

small window misleading pictures
The location was good but my room lacked that promised view, I had requested a room with a balcony. Instead, I got a very small room with a small window with no view at all. The pictures showed something different. It was disappointing. It felt misleading and affected my overall experience.

broken elevator small room
the location was acceptable with many shops nearby.
The room was too small. I could barely open my suitcase. also, the elevator broke down! i had to climb the stairs to my room on the top floor. it was exhausting after a long day.
